Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Machine Programmer with a strong background in CAD/CAM and hands-on expertise in Easy Stone software. The role involves programming and optimizing CNC machines to deliver precision cutting, shaping, and finishing of stone surfaces while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Easy Stone software.
Interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and design specifications for stone cutting and finishing.
Ensure accurate execution of stone designs with minimal material wastage.
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to meet project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain detailed records of programs, revisions, and production parameters.
Follow Stonex Indias quality and safety standards throughout operations.

Key Requirements

Diploma in CAD/CAM or equivalent technical qualification.
8+ years of experience in CNC machine programming, preferably in the stone industry.
Proficiency in Easy Stone software.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and stone processing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical documents.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the luxury stone or marble industry.
Knowledge of machine maintenance and process optimization.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
