Job Description

We're Hiring: Ecommerce Order and Dispatch Executive (B2C)

Location: Pirana, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 1+ Years

Salary: 20,000 to 30,000/month

Position Overview:

Assist in overseeing (B2C) sales operations and customer interactions.
Oversee end-to-end order processing, dispatch from order confirmation through fulfillment, tracking, and final delivery.
Assist in creating and updating product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the company's website
and e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to customers.
Support marketing and sales teams in executing promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase sales.

Skills and experience:

1 to 2 years of experience in product listing, dispatch, and order processing across e-commerce and B2C platforms.
Well versed to manage and update product information accurately in excel , ensuring consistency across all sales channels.
Skilled in coordinating with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Customer-focused approach, dedicated to providing a smooth and positive experience throughout the entire customer journey.
