Machine Operator

• Operate injection molding machines in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Set up molds, change molds, and adjust machine settings as required.
• Monitor the molding process and ensure production output meets quality and quantity targets.
• Inspect molded parts visually and using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) for defects and conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
• Troubleshoot and report any mechanical or process issues to maintenance or supervisors.
• Accurately complete production reports, logs, and documentation.
• Ensure safe operation by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity.

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass/diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience operating injection molding machines (preferred).
• Familiarity with plastic molding materials and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
