Pay: 15,000 to 20,000 per month

Job Description:

1. Operate thermal coating machines as per production requirements.

2. Prepare parts and substrates for coating, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation.

3. Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines to meet specified coating parameters and tolerances.

4. Monitor coating processes to ensure uniform application, adhesion, and finish.

5. Inspect coated parts using precision measuring tools

6. Record production data, coating parameters, and inspection results accurately.

7. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues to reduce downtime.

8. Adhere to all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

9. Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and supervisors for continuous improvement.

10. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
