Description
Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting (Approx. 20% of Time)Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on PPS FFS packaging machines and auxiliary equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including issues with PLCs, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), sensors, relays, contactors, wiring, and control circuits.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot complex problems quickly and accurately.
Execute modifications or upgrades to electrical panels and machine controls as directed by the maintenance supervisor.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Machine Operation & Performance (Approx. 80% of Time)
Operate PPS FFS packaging machines to achieve daily production targets and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
Conduct machine setup, changeovers (for different product/film specifications), and adjustments to optimize machine performance (speed, seal quality, cut length).
Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) and make necessary real-time adjustments.
Perform first-level mechanical adjustments and lubrication as required during operation.
Conduct routine quality checks on packaged products (e.g., seal integrity, weight accuracy).
Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Qualifications and Skills Education: Technical diploma, certification, or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably within the FMCG or packaging industry.
Technical Proficiency:
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V.
Basic understanding of PLC operation and fault diagnosis (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
Practical experience with FFS (Form, Fill, and Seal) machines is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as production demands require.

मशीन संचालन और प्रदर्शन (Machine Operation & Performance) (लगभग 80% समय)दैनिक उत्पादन लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने और गुणवत्ता विनिर्देशों (quality specifications) का पालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए PPS FFS पैकेजिंग मशीनों का संचालन करें।
मशीन के प्रदर्शन को अनुकूलित (optimize) करने के लिए मशीन सेटअप, बदलाव (changeovers) (विभिन्न उत्पाद/फिल्म विशिष्टताओं के लिए), और समायोजन करें (गति, सील की गुणवत्ता, कट की लंबाई)।
मशीन मापदंडों (तापमान, दबाव, गति) की निगरानी करें और आवश्यक वास्तविक समय (real-time) समायोजन करें।
संचालन के दौरान आवश्यकतानुसार पहले स्तर के यांत्रिक समायोजन और चिकनाई (lubrication) प्रदान करें।

योग्यता और कौशल (Qualifications and Skills)शिक्षा और अनुभवशिक्षा: विद्युत/इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स इंजीनियरिंग या संबंधित क्षेत्र में तकनीकी डिप्लोमा, प्रमाणन, या समकक्ष।
अनुभव: औद्योगिक विद्युत रखरखाव में 1-2 वर्ष का कार्य अनुभव, अधिमानतः FMCG या पैकेजिंग उद्योग के भीतर।
तकनीकी दक्षता (Technical Proficiency)480V तक की विद्युत प्रणालियों का समस्या निवारण (troubleshoot) और मरम्मत करने की सिद्ध क्षमता।
