Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to manage and operate the production machinery in our packaged drinking water unit. The candidate should ensure smooth operation, product quality, and timely maintenance of the machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor water filling, capping, labeling, and packing machines.
• Ensure continuous and smooth operation of all production lines.
• Check and maintain machine parameters as per SOP.
• Perform daily cleaning and minor maintenance of machines.
• Immediately report any mechanical faults or production issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are followed during operation.
• Record production data (bottles filled, rejected, downtime, etc.) in logbooks.
• Assist in periodic preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
• Maintain cleanliness in the production area at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in water / beverage / FMCG / dairy units preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical operations and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, [Specify Shift Timings – 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM]

Salary:

• As per company norms / based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
