Logistics Executive - Export/Import

As a Logistics Executive at Aditya Synthetic, a Manufacturer & Exporter of Reactive Dyes and Food Colors, your role will involve managing day-to-day export logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods to export customers. You will be responsible for coordinating vessel/air bookings, customs clearance, and aligning manufacturing schedules with shipment timelines. Your practical knowledge of import/export regulations, cross-border logistics, and strong coordination skills will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate vessel booking for FCL/LCL sea shipments or arrange air cargo for urgent orders. - Align manufacturing schedules with shipment timelines by coordinating with the production plant. - Communicate shipment details to the sales team and provide regular updates on order status. - Ensure compliance with export documentation, tariff & duty regulations, and customs requirements. - Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities. - Monitor timely clearance of export shipments to avoid delays. - Track shipment movement and proactively resolve bottlenecks. - Optimize logistics cost by negotiating with transporters and service providers. - Maintain records of shipment, invoice, and export-related documentation. - Support dispatch planning and coordination with the warehouse/plant team. - Monitor loading and unloading processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. KPI Monitoring: - On-time delivery of shipments. - Logistics cost efficiency. - Compliance with import/export regulations and zero errors in documentation. Qualification Required: - Graduate/MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or International Business. Experience Required: - 3-5 years in export/import logistics, preferably in chemicals, dyes, or related manufacturing industries. Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics, customs processes, and export documentation. - Excellent coordination and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines. - Strong negotiation skills with CHA, shipping lines, and transporters.,
