Job Description

Lead and mentor the backend team while driving best practices, code quality, and high-performance delivery.
Design, develop, and maintain
RESTful APIs
and backend services using
Node.js
with Express.js / Koa / Restify.
Architect and implement solutions following
microservice architecture
principles for scalability and reliability.
Work on
consumer-facing software products
, ensuring high availability, performance, and smooth user experience.
Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features with high ownership.
Design efficient database schemas, optimize queries, and handle data operations in
MongoDB
.
Implement
caching mechanisms
using Redis to improve system performance and reduce latency.
Integrate
payment gateways
and ensure secure transaction flows following industry standards.
Implement and manage
search capabilities
using ElasticSearch / Solr for high-speed data retrieval.
Work with
AWS services
to deploy, scale, and monitor backend systems in a cloud environment.
Manage version control, branching, and CI/CD workflows using
GitHub
and follow collaborative development practices.
