Lead UX Designer

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the evolution of our design systems, prototype solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to enhance and maintain our design system
• Ensure user experiences align with both business goals and user engagement strategies in partnership with Product Designers and Managers
• Conceptualize and ideate user-centric features that align with product strategies
• Rapidly build low and high-fidelity prototypes using human-centered design principles
• Deliver high-quality design assets, including user flows, journey maps, and reusable visual components, to elevate the customer experience
• Adapt Proof-of-Concepts into scalable components for integration with the design system
• Leverage atomic design principles to streamline design processes and improve the overall product experience
• Advocate for design best practices and ensure designs meet functional and visual consistency standards across platforms
• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs from concept to implementation
• Identify and implement improvements to the efficiency of workflows, tools, and systems in the design pipeline

Requirements

• 9-15 years of professional UX/UI design experience creating consumer-facing and B2B digital products
• Expertise in Figma, including mastery of design systems, dashboard creations, component detailing, and prototyping
• Deep understanding of design principles, including component properties, behaviors, and grid-based layouts
• Background in B2B and B2B2C business models with knowledge of global product launches a strong advantage
• Knowledge of design iteration and strategy, including the ability to adapt components to fit a design North Star
• Capability to evaluate technical trade-offs during design concepts and iterations
• Understanding of Design Thinking methodologies with proven success in bringing products to life using this approach
• Proficiency in solving complex design challenges with an eye for clean visual aesthetics
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments, demonstrating resilience and agility
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate across teams and communicate design decisions effectively
