Lead Solution Architect

As an experienced Solution Architect with a background in the Telco industry, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end conversations between various Business departments and IT teams. Your expertise in Mobile BSS/OSS, particularly focusing on Sales/CPQ/Catalog, Order Management, Service Assurance, and Rating & Billing, will be key to the success of our projects at Prodapt. Working remotely from India for a customer in the LATAM/South America region, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the design of scalable and secure solutions that meet performance requirements. Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements into technical solutions, leading process flow and integration designs, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. To excel in this role, you must stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Sales/CPQ/Catalog, Order Management, Service Assurance, and Rating & Billing. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the Telecommunications industry. Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, specifically in BSS/OSS for Mobile, is essential. Knowledge of Telco-specific processes and systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, are also necessary for success in this role.,
