Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement high-quality scalable full stack solutions
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops and user-focused discovery sessions
  • Lead AI-assisted development practices using Copilot, Claude, or Cursor
  • Mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices
  • Prototype with ML/LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch
  • Drive Vibe Coding to foster internal innovation and quality culture
Qualifications:
  • 8-12 years of full-stack dev + leadership experience
  • Strong in React, C#, and cloud-native dev (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Proven use of design thinking in real-world problem solving
  • Proficient in Git, CI/CD, containerization
  • AI/ML implementation experience using industry-standard frameworks
