Lead Full-stack Developer

As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will oversee end-to-end development, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver cutting-edge applications on consumer digital platforms.

Primary Skills

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team (3–5 engineers) for end-to-end application development.
• Strong expertise in

  Java, JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS, SpringBoot

  .
• Experience in

  Microservices-based system design and deployment

  .
• Hands-on with

  RESTful APIs, MVC, and scalable web services

  .
• Familiarity with

  Redux/GraphQL, Webpack, Babel, and NPM

  .
• Exposure to

  AWS cloud, cloud-native applications

• Knowledge of

  NoSQL (Redis/DynamoDB)

  and

  SQL (MySQL/relational DBs)

• Proficiency with

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex applications using Java SpringBoot and JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to make sure applications align with user needs
• Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices.
• Own the end-to-end module delivery, including coding, debugging, testing, and release.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, performant code.
• Develop new features using reusable components and modern front-end libraries.
• Build cloud-native applications and scalable microservices.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
