Role Summary

Pre-Sales Lead Generation / Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through Upwork and similar freelance portals
  • Understand client requirements and prepare effective proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical inputs
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into potential opportunities
  • Maintain lead tracking and reporting using CRM tools
  • Support the sales process by documenting and presenting solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or business analysis
  • Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions
  • Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
  • Familiarity with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
