Job Description

As a CRM Developer, you will be responsible for leading university-educated individuals with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. With a minimum of 9 years of experience in Microsoft D365 CE/CRM, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the full stack and have hands-on involvement with Dynamics 365 CE. Your proficiency should extend to developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including the customization and creation of CRM entities. Additionally, you should be adept at comprehending and implementing business workflows, processes, and Flows, utilizing the CRM SDK or plugin platforms, and demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft .NET development using C#. Experience with Power Platform, Power Pages, and Canvas Apps is essential, along with familiarity with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments. You should be internally motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, and possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal team members and external business stakeholders. Your proactive approach to enhancing solutions, systems, and processes is crucial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform features, AI advancements, and best practices. - Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power Apps solutions for custom business applications and processes. - Develop secure, scalable APIs for third-party platform consumption. - Establish and manage integrations between Dynamics 365, Power BI, and external systems. - Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate, integrating AI for enhanced efficiency. - Design and deploy interactive dashboards/reports using Power BI, leveraging AI for deeper insights. - Troubleshoot and debug Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. - Identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategies for efficiency enhancement. - Engage directly with product creators and influencers to influence tool and service development. - Mentor junior team members and respond to support desk requests. - Write blogs/educational articles for the website and create educational presentations for internal team members. Fluency in the English language is a must, and experience with Microsoft Real-Time Marketing and Power BI is advantageous. Qualified candidates will undergo a Predictive Index survey as part of the recruitment process.,
