Location: Guindy, Chennai

Years of Experience:  8 to 11 years overall ( Relevant 6 Years experience)

Notice Period : 30 Days or serving notice only.

1. Technical: Able to understand different system Architecture

2. Incident Management:

   Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

3. Monitoring Live Systems:

   Continuously monitoring system performance and availability to detect and address issues proactively.

4. User Support:

   Providing first-level support to users, addressing their technical queries and issues.

5. Documentation:

   Maintaining up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, incident reports and RCA reports

6. Collaboration:

   Working closely with developers, QA, and other teams to resolve issues and improve system performance

7. Process Improvement:

   Suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce downtime
8. Worked as DBA or System Administrator or L2 Support will be an add on.
9. Understanding of Network System will be added on.
10. Understanding the SDLC will be add on.
11. Able to write Automation scripts will be add on.
