Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager - Business Development (Key Accounts) at The Future University, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Expert Instructors. You will understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and excellent service. Your main goal will be to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services to key accounts. Developing strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Analyzing data related to key accounts, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will help you identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Collaboration with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies, address client needs, and deliver exceptional service is essential. You will also be the primary point of contact for escalations and work to find solutions that meet client expectations promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with Expert Instructors - Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services - Develop account plans outlining goals, strategies, and action steps for key accounts - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients - Analyze data related to key accounts, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and address client needs - Identify and resolve issues impacting key accounts promptly Qualifications Required: - More than 2 years of relevant industry experience - Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the education or learning industry - Strong consulting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams,
