Job Description

SuperLabs is currently looking for an experienced and proactive Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a Key Accounts Manager, your main responsibility will be to nurture and expand relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving strategic growth opportunities. We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that SuperLabs" solutions align with clients" strategic goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for account growth, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, and working closely with the executive team to execute strategic account plans. In this role, you will also be expected to address and resolve client concerns promptly, monitor key account metrics and performance indicators, and provide regular reports to leadership on account health, opportunities, and potential challenges. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
