What You'll Do:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, becoming their trusted advisor
  • Understand and anticipate client needs to propose tailored solutions
  • Collaborate internally to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Resolve client issues and build long-term loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Prepare insightful reports and forecasts for stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in key account management and solution selling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
  • An MBA from a premier institute is highly desirable
