Location: LUCKNOW
Experience: 6 months-2 years in Key Account Management / Client Success (Hospitality, F&B, or SaaS preferred)
CTC: Competitive + Growth Opportunities

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage strong relationships with top restaurant clients.
• Ensure smooth adoption and usage of our SaaS platform.
• Act as the go-to person for clients—solving problems, driving value, and ensuring success.
• Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts.
• Work closely with product & operations teams to enhance client experience.

What We’re Looking For:
