Junior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative web designer to join our team for developing travel websites. As a Lead Web Designer, you will play a key role in designing and managing high-quality web portals. You will be responsible for ensuring technical quality, timely delivery, and effective communication with the management team and colleagues. While a degree in computer science is preferred, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, passionate about digital technology, and thrive in a team environment. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be tasked with transforming our software into user-friendly products for our clients. Your responsibilities will include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and creating navigation components. Proficiency in design software, wireframe tools, and a portfolio showcasing web/mobile application design projects are desired qualities. Your work will focus on creating functional and visually appealing features that meet our clients" needs and contribute to the growth of our customer base. The successful candidate should have proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience in designing for print and web, excellent communication skills, and a background in the travel sector are highly valued. Knowledge of responsive web design and prior experience as a Web Designer or User Interface specialist are beneficial. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Senior UI designer to develop attractive user interfaces for various client websites and mobile apps - Stay updated on the latest UI design trends and usability techniques - Contribute to the agency's UI design style guide - Evaluate the impact of UI changes/improvements with the Digital Analytics manager - Work with a team of UX designers to enhance the overall user experience - Conduct UI design and usability competitor analysis - Create UI design wireframes, mock-ups, and final designs for desktop, mobile, and tablet devices - Assist in creating mock-ups for client presentations Key Skills/Experience: - Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite - Strong understanding of UI design principles and tools - Passion for Interaction Design and attention to detail - Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools - Demonstrated UI design techniques in a diverse portfolio - Experience with HTML, CSS, and jQuery - Familiarity with mobile app design is advantageous - Competency in Sketch is highly desirable If you are a motivated and creative individual with a strong background in web design and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
