Junior UI/UX Designer

LBM Solutions is an innovative IT company that focuses on delivering user-centric digital solutions. We are currently seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer who is enthusiastic about learning, creating, and contributing to meaningful projects. As a Junior UI/UX Designer at LBM Solutions, your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. You will also support senior designers in conducting user research and testing, design simple and clean user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, collaborate with developers and product teams, and ensure that you stay updated with current UI/UX trends and tools. To be successful in this role, you should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in UI/UX design, a basic knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software, an understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong creative and problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment. This is a full-time position with the requirement of working in person at our location.
