Junior System Administrator

You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers, and networks. Providing first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will assist with the installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and applications. Supporting routine backups, system security checks, and antivirus management will also be within your responsibilities. It is important to maintain IT inventory and documentation of configurations and incidents. Complex technical issues should be escalated to senior administrators or vendors. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting is required. Familiarity with system monitoring tools and IT security basics is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are essential attributes. Good communication and teamwork abilities are also important.
