Junior Support Engineer

Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Basic understanding of IT infrastructure management and information security principles. - Familiarity with operating systems such as Unix/Linux, Windows, and Mac, as well as virtualization technologies. - Knowledge of programming languages such as React JS, Node JS, or Python is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. - Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to challenges.
