Job Description

Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Industry: Special Purpose Machinery (SPM) / Automation Equipment

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics)with MBA is Must

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing SPM/automation projects from initiation to delivery.
Support in preparing project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timelines are met.
Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project documentation including progress reports, presentations, and customer updates.
Handle day-to-day client communications under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Monitor project risks and escalate issues to the senior project manager for resolution.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and customer requirements.
Assist in cost monitoring, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of SPM / Automation equipment manufacturing processes.
Basic knowledge of PLC, robotics, sensors, or mechatronic systems preferred.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / Excel for project tracking.
Good communication, presentation, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and under tight timelines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
