Job Description

Experience with graphic/video editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Camtasia, Canva). Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer with 2 4 years of proven expertise in developing engaging and interactive eLearning content. The ideal candidate should be proficient in instructional design methodologies, comfortable collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and skilled in creating learner-centric digital training solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop end-to-end eLearning courses, storyboards, and learning assets using established instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content, define learning objectives, and transform complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and course outlines with a strong focus on interactivity and learner engagement.
  • Create and integrate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animations) into eLearning modules.
  • Develop courses using eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
  • Ensure content is SCORM/xAPI compliant and optimized for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain instructional, visual, and technical accuracy.
  • Research and apply emerging trends and technologies in eLearning to continuously enhance learning experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Instructional Design, Education, eLearning, Communication, or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning content development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and eLearning best practices.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity in designing learning experiences.
Good to Have
  • Experience with graphic/video editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Camtasia, Canva).
  • Knowledge of gamification, microlearning, and blended learning approaches.
  • Basic HTML5/CSS skills for eLearning customization.
