Java Team Lead

As a Software Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of complex software solutions using Java technologies. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with architects, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will oversee the development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Additionally, you will guide and mentor junior developers to improve code quality, architecture, and performance. Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices will be part of your routine tasks. In case of production issues, you will troubleshoot and resolve them in a timely manner. Staying updated with emerging trends in technology and recommending tools/processes for continuous improvement will be expected from you. Taking ownership of delivery timelines and ensuring high-quality outcomes will also be a part of your responsibilities.
