Java Software Developer Trainee

You are being offered an opportunity to join as a Java Software Developer Trainee where you will work on real-time projects under the guidance of experienced developers. Here, you will gain hands-on experience in software development using Java and related technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design, development, and testing of Java-based applications. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java. - Collaborate with databases, RESTful APIs, and backend frameworks like Spring or Spring Boot. - Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and debugging activities. - Resolve software issues under supervision. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX and QA. - Document code, processes, and reports when necessary. Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or pursuing the final year). - Possess a strong understanding of Core Java, OOPs concepts, and basic data structures. - Familiarity with Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or JDBC would be advantageous. - Have basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts. - Demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
