Job Description

MDM solution design and development :Data modeling, matching/merging rules, and data governance processes.

  • Technical Expertise:

    Process in depth knowledge of IBM Infosphere MDM architecture, functionalities and best practices.

  • Troubleshooting and Problem solving:

    Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues related to MDM solutions.

  • Performance tuning:

    Optimize MDM performance for efficient data processing and query execution.

  • Documentation:

    Maintain comprehensive documentation of MDM solutions, including data models, processes and configurations.

  • Mentorship and Training:

    Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on MDM best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    8+years of experience in Master Data Management(MDM) solutions, with strong focus on IBM Infosphere MDM.

  • MDM Expertise:

    Deep understanding of MDM concepts
  • Addition

  • Notification Framework
  • Batch Processor
  • SDP(Match/Merge)
  • Proficient in SQL for data querying, manipulation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of MDM concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with IBM Infosphere MDM (e.g., Party, Product, Customer).
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., IBM Infosphere DataStage).
  • Knowledge of data modeling and database design.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Experience with matching and deduplication algorithms.
