Java Full Stack Developer, Associate

You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying, and/or maintaining applications. As a Software Developer, you will design, code, test, debug, and document programs, supporting activities for the corporate systems architecture. Working closely with business partners, you will define requirements for system applications, leveraging in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. You will be recognized as a content expert by your peers in this individual contributor role. Your primary responsibilities will include developing software in Java, Angular, and Oracle, building REST web services, and designing interfaces between UI and REST services. You will actively participate in the software development process throughout the entire lifecycle using agile methodologies. Utilizing test-driven development and clean code practices, you will ensure the reliability and supportability of the software you build. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will engage in architectural decisions, manage 3rd line support as needed, and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning activities. Collaboration with team members, active participation in squad activities, and reporting progress using Agile team management tools will be key aspects of your role. You should possess skills in front-end development, back-end development, database management, full-stack architecture and design, integration, coding, troubleshooting, bug resolution, collaboration, leadership, technology stack proficiency, agile development, security awareness, data protection, documentation, and effective communication. Your ability to architect solutions, write high-quality code, solve business problems, and exhibit strong analytical and interpersonal skills will be crucial. Furthermore, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, along with 5-9 years of relevant work experience.
