Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust microservices using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for inter-service communication and external integration. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of microservices. Apply microservices design patterns and best practices, including service discovery, fault tolerance, and data consistency. Contribute to the overall architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective integration with other technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, product managers, other developers, QA) throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all created services and features. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in microservices applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Investigate and provide solutions for production issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Core Java 11+, good to have exposure to Java 17 and 21, Strong and fundamental understanding of exceptional handling, generics and multithreading. Strong handson experience in using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot, Restful webservices, Indepth knowledge of cloud native architecture-AWS Experience is MUST, container technologies - Docker and kubernetes. Advanced understanding of agile methodologies. AWS Certification or AWS Training is needed.
