Job Description

About the Role

Java Developer Freshers

Key Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and debug Java applications and web services.
Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and deliver clean, maintainable code.
Assist in building RESTful APIs and backend logic using
Core Java and Spring Boot
.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Write SQL queries and interact with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them in the development process.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of
Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading)
.
Good knowledge of
JDBC, Servlets, JSP
, and basic
Spring Boot
concepts.
Understanding of
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
is an added advantage.
Familiarity with
RDBMS
concepts and writing basic
SQL queries
.
Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.

Qualification:

Good to Have

Basic exposure to
RESTful web services
.
Understanding of
Git/GitHub
version control.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.

Training & Mentorship

Selected candidates will undergo structured technical and project-based training in:

Java Full Stack Development (Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular)
API Development and Integration
Database Design and Query Optimization
Code Quality, Debugging, and Testing Techniques
