IVR Tester

As an IVR Tester at our company in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the following: - Testing IVR systems to ensure they function correctly and meet the required specifications - Identifying and reporting any bugs or issues in the IVR system - Collaborating with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues - Writing test cases and test scripts for the IVR system - Conducting manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of the IVR system There are no specific qualifications required for this role. However, having 1-3 years of experience in IVR testing would be an advantage.
