IT Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technical Support to provide first-level technical assistance and ensure smooth functioning of systems and infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, client communication, and system monitoring across Windows, Linux, and MSSQL environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and IT tools.
• Support and maintain databases, perform basic queries, and monitor performance (MSSQL).
• Handle user account setups, access management, and password resets.
• Assist with system updates, security patches, and backups.
• Document technical issues and their resolutions using internal tools.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Learn and assist with basic server management and monitoring.

Requirements

• Fresher or 0-1 years experienced in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Good communication skills and client-handling abilities.
• Understanding of databases (MSSQL basics), servers, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting concepts.
• Familiarity with technical tools like GitHub, Visual Studio (optional but preferred).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable working in rotational shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Omkar Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
