IT Technical Support

As an IT Engineer at The Knot Worldwide, you will be responsible for Systems Administration focusing on Microsoft Windows and macOS. Your primary tasks will include providing support to users in the Barcelona office and other locations, managing the EUS ticket queue, overseeing Inventory Control and Asset Management, system deployment, daily system monitoring, providing Video conferencing support, and fulfilling other IT functions as required. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the EUS ticket queue on a daily basis - Overseeing Inventory Control and Asset Management - System deployment for Windows and macOS - Daily monitoring of systems - Providing Video conferencing support (Google Meet) - Fulfilling other IT functions as required Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Windows and Mac systems - Additional experience with Okta, Image/Video Management processes, Google Apps Suite, MDM (WorkspaceOne) - Strong technical understanding of Infrastructure and System dependencies - Ability to translate technical information into business terms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in writing technical documentation and training materials The Knot Worldwide values individuals who dream big, prioritize user satisfaction, uphold integrity, demonstrate agility, and foster teamwork.
