Job Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, andnetwork issues.
  • Provide remote technical assistance throughvarious channels.
  • Manage support helpdesk tickets, ensuring timelyresolution or escalation for complex issues.
  • Offer technical advice to end-users and providetechnology-related training.
  • Document solutions for technical difficulties inthe helpdesk system.
  • Assist with software installations followingsite technology standards.
  • Manage hardware inventory and issue purchaserequests.
  • Perform tasks related to hardware setup,troubleshooting, repair, and replacement.
  • Independently handle computer softwareinstallation and configuration.
  • Provide end-user training on hardware andsoftware usage.
  • Configure and maintain computing devices,operating systems, and software.
  • Collaborate with L3 to identify and troubleshootcomplex issues.
  • Respond to complex end-user software andhardware problems.
  • Deploy, install, maintain, troubleshoot, andrepair hardware components.
  • Evaluate hardware and software requirementsbased on site standards.
  • Monitor user behavior related to technologyassets.
