IT Support Specialist (Trading Operations Focus)

• We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at [Kwik Trade] and support our critical trading operations. You will be the first point of contact for our Traders and Analysts, ensuring our stock market trading platforms and other critical systems run with zero interruptions. This role involves rapid troubleshooting, maintenance of proprietary trading systems, and providing exceptional support in a fast-paced, high-stakes financial environment. Key Responsibilities

• Critical Trading System Support: Serve as the primary contact, handling issues related to trading platforms (e.g.,) and market data feeds with high priority during live trading hours.
• Rapid Troubleshooting & Resolution: Quickly diagnose and resolve all IT-related issues (Server, hardware, software, network) to ensure minimal disruption to trading.
• System and Account Management: Set up, configure, and deploy new computers, system setups, user accounts, and access to financial software for new hires and existing traders.
• Hardware & Network Monitoring: Monitor and ensure that network latency remains low and that server/system performance consistently meets trading requirements.
• Documentation: Accurately log all service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system, with a specific focus on documenting incidents that affect trading.
• System Maintenance: Perform necessary software updates, patching, and routine maintenance primarily after trading hours or during scheduled downtime.
• Security & Data: Strictly manage access permissions and system security to ensure the protection and compliance of sensitive financial data.

Required Skills :

• IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support role.
• Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) and the ability to diagnose network speed/connectivity issues.
• Exceptional ability to work under pressure and deliver rapid solutions for critical problems.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for interacting effectively with high-level traders and analysts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
