1. Service Desk:

Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools

2. Global Service Desk:

Provide first-line technical support to global users via phone, email, and chat.
Record, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams or vendors.
Maintain and update the service desk knowledge base.
Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 operations.

3. Asset Management:

Develop and implement asset management strategies and policies.
Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets including hardware, software, licenses, and contracts.
Monitor asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to forecast asset needs and manage budgets.
Conduct regular audits and generate reports on asset performance, cost, and utilization.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to IT assets.
Ensure data privacy and security compliance in asset handling.
