Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in IT Application Management at Chain IQ in Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to deliver high-quality IT Service Management services to ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of sourcing and procurement applications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and maintain service activities aligned with business needs. - Provide production support for Chain IQ's portfolio of Indirect Procurement applications and integrations. - Ensure applications are well-prepared to support new or existing processes and service levels. - Manage Change, Release, Testing, and Capacity management processes. - Develop expertise in Chain IQ P2P & S2C applications, including design concepts, configuration changes, and functionality. - Work closely with business and process owners to establish realistic planning and manage service delivery expectations effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. - Minimum of six years of experience in delivering complex IT services. - Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms, SQL Data analysis, API-driven integrations, and investigation skills. - Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) with a proactive work approach. - Ability to collaborate with business users, balance IT capacity, risk, and service levels effectively. - Critical thinking skills to analyze information and propose effective solutions. - Prior experience with low-code/no-code applications like Outsystems, ServiceNow, and MS Azure is preferred. - Knowledge of IT Service Management, Service Integration and Management, Agile Development practices is necessary. - ITIL foundation certification is mandatory.,
