IT Quality Intmd Analyst

As an IT Quality Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup, your role will involve supporting initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. You will collaborate with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach. Your responsibilities will include conducting a variety of moderately complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments. You will report issues and make recommendations for solutions ensuring project standards and procedures are clearly documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle. Additionally, you will document findings, perform preliminary root cause analyses, and provide recommended improvements. Gathering, maintaining, and creating reports on quality metrics will also be part of your duties.
