You must possess the ability to draft detailed proposals based on client requirements. In addition, you will be required to coordinate and oversee the entire project lifecycle within IT/software development, ensuring seamless delivery. It is imperative to comprehend client needs and effectively communicate them to technical teams. Regular follow-ups with both existing and potential clients, as well as robust account management, are essential to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction. The role also entails creating comprehensive proposal documents and commercial presentations. Staying abreast of the latest trends in digital media, website communications, development, designs, and online marketing opportunities is crucial. A strong grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies is highly beneficial. Excellent communication skills are a must-have for effective client interactions.
