Job Description

Act as the initial point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or service desk system.

Log and track all support requests using the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.

Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, printer, and network issues.

Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd or 3rd level support, providing clear documentation of troubleshooting steps taken.

Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new and existing users.

Assist with user account management, including password resets, account unlocks, and access requests.

Provide support for common applications such as Microsoft Office, Windows, and email clients.

Follow IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.

Maintain a knowledge base and contribute to support documentation and FAQs.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive user experience.

Have knowledge of CCTV camera systems, including configuration and installation.

Configure Windows/servers and resolve end-user device issues.

Possess knowledge of LAN, WAN, ISP, routers, network switches, and wireless networking.

Contact ISP/UPS/Camera support in case of any failures or alerts.

Have a basic understanding of virtualization and end-user experience.

Office timing 8 AM IST to 5 PM IST
