Job Description

As a Network Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain computer networks such as LAN, WAN, VPN, and WLAN, along with related systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve network issues, hardware failures, and connectivity problems to ensure uninterrupted network operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting network hardware and software, which includes routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Your role will involve responding to user inquiries and providing technical support for network-related incidents and service requests, thereby ensuring a smooth user experience. Routine network maintenance and upgrades will be part of your duties to enhance network performance and reliability. You will play a crucial role in ensuring network security by implementing best practices and responding to cybersecurity incidents promptly. Documenting network configurations, changes, and procedures will be essential for maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with system administrators and other IT staff members will be necessary to address infrastructure needs effectively. Monitoring network performance, generating reports on usage, and system uptime analysis will be vital tasks to ensure optimal network efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in disaster recovery planning and backup processes to mitigate potential risks effectively. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday.,
