Job Description

We are looking for an IT Manager with over 5 years of experience in overseeing IT operations, security compliance, and infrastructure management. This is a pivotal role that will have complete responsibility for driving stability, security, and efficiency of our internal IT environments, ensuring systems and tools are optimized, secure, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

Scale seamlessly for massive concurrent viewership, enabling our creators to entertain the massive fan base they have.
Build best-in-class live streaming video latency and interactivity.
Handle high in-app transaction volumes.
Rapidly iterate, empowering our product and business teams to deliver unparalleled user experiences.
Elevate mobile gaming for a demographic overlooked by other platforms, delivering the best experience for fans.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in leading day-to-day IT operations across users, devices, systems, networks, and 3rd party SaaS applications in software or IT companies.
Proven experience in administering and managing G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Notion, and other internal platforms.
Strong understanding of IT governance policies, including access controls, asset management, and data handling procedures.
Previous experience implementing best practices for infrastructure security, compliance, and data protection.
Strong track record of conducting regular audits of IT assets, network configurations, and internal data access.
Previous experience with audits like ISO 27001 and serving as a single point of contact for external IT vendors and partners.
