IT Manager

Over View : pursuit of a seasoned Sysadmin professional responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, especially multi-user systems like servers. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's computer systems function effectively and meet the needs of the organization. This includes tasks such as installing and configuring hardware and software, managing user accounts, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, maintaining and monitoring the CCTV systems and providing technical support.

Responsibilities:

• System Setup and Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, servers, networks, and related hardware and software.
• Assets and User Account Management: Creating, managing, and deleting user accounts and permissions, keeping track of IT assets issuance and retrieval.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing system resources.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, often requiring in-depth technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Security Implementation: Implementing security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access, malware, and other threats.
• Backup and Recovery: Ensuring data is regularly backed up and recoverable in case of system failures.
• Network Management: In some cases, system administrators may also be responsible for managing network infrastructure like routers, switches, and firewalls, particularly in smaller organizations.
• Staying Updated: Keeping up to date with the latest technologies, security threats, and best practices related to system administration.

Pay: ₹19,389.86 - ₹50,000.00 per month
