IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Server Administration: Manage Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and print server services.
Administer Microsoft File Server and DFS Services.Install, monitor, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows OS.

Email Administration: Oversee Google Mail Administration, including access and security controls.

Networking: Administer Fort iGATE Firewall, including switching and routing configurations.
Manage Forti-AP administration and LAN topology.Configure IPSec and SSL VPN connections.

Cyber security Controls: Implement and maintain IT infrastructure cyber security controls and audit trials, including compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301.

Windows/Linux Environment: Set up and maintain Windows and Linux environments, including SFTP server administration.

Version Control: Manage GitHub and SVN repositories.

Asset and License Management: Maintain hardware resource inventory and asset management.
Oversee tools management for third-party software and server-level license management.

IMS & Reporting: Generate reports related to IT infrastructure performance and security.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors for assets and service providers.

Internet Services: Oversee Internet services management, including ILL, BB, ISP, EPABX, and VOIP.

Antivirus and DLP Services: Manage antivirus solutions and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) services.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration and management.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows OS.

· Proficiency in network administration, including firewall management and VPN configurations.

· Familiarity with cyber security controls and compliance standards (SOX, ISO 27001, ISO 22301).

· Experience with version control systems (GitHub, SVN).

· Knowledge of asset management and reporting.

· Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Cisco Certified) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
