Job Description

Provide technical assistance and support to users of computer systems, networks,
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users in a timely manner.
Manage software licenses, including procurement, installation, and cost tracking.
Monitor IT systems and networks to ensure smooth operations and proactively
Perform system backups, patching, and upgrades to maintain stability and security.
Track IT inventory and manage end-user devices effectively.
Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to
