Job Description

Skilled testing resource with strong attention to detail; knowledgeable about different methods of testing are a must

Strong communication skills are key success factor for candidate for this role who will be collaborating with colleagues across different time zones & locations on a daily basis

Supports Salesforce.com delivery leadership with planning IT projects, ensuring goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame.

Works with system support (Salesforce & adjacent teams) to resolve issues through ad hoc testing requests

Able to quickly assess and understand a problem and develop an approach to thoroughly assess a solution delivered functions as expected and/or document the defects

Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

Performs other duties as described.

Introductory knowledge of Salesforce.com, knowledge of Sales & Service Cloud is important, but will consider candidates with demonstrated ability to learn fast

2 to 4 years of experience in software testing (System Integration, Functional, Regression & Validation Testing) is a must

Knowledgeable of Tosca is plus, but not mandatory

University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline plus generally two to four years of directly related experience.

Strong working technical and/or IT development experience.

Provides support to Sales, Service & Field Service delivery teams with monthly release process through authoring & running test scripts to ensure deliveries are functioning as expected and will not introduce any defects into the system

Maintains and runs all regression test scripts across the Sales & Service space

Collaborates with testers from other teams to ensure appropriate test standards are being met (and consistently delivered)
