Integration Support Specialist

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing system alerts and events to ensure uninterrupted operations. Your role will involve creating, assigning, and tracking tickets from initial alert to successful resolution. It will be essential to escalate issues promptly to the appropriate support level or team and collaborate with other technical teams to resolve incidents efficiently. You will also need to identify opportunities for productivity improvements and contribute to reducing the frequency of incidents and events. Additionally, documenting processes, known issues, and solutions for knowledge base updates will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in Control-M or ETL integration support. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively are essential. Being an enthusiastic learner, eager to work on middleware projects and explore new technologies, will be beneficial. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in integration environments are also necessary. Preferred qualifications for this position include familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and event management, as well as exposure to enterprise scheduling tools or middleware platforms.,
