SaaS-based Accounting-ERP solution

Inside Sales Representative (Account Manager)

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by selling AlignBooks software through outbound calling, consultation, and other influential selling techniques.
Maintain strong business relationships with customers by conducting needs analysis, sharing product details, and providing quotations.
Handle inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers.
Stay updated with product knowledge at all times.
Manage the entire life cycle of warm leads and convert them into sales.
Avoid overselling while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Drive higher conversion ratios (Demo/Leads Subscription/Demo).
Focus on customer experience and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Develop strong, long-term customer relationships.

Skills Required

Theoretical and practical knowledge of
Outbound Sales (Calling Warm Leads)
.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in at least one
South Indian language
(Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.).
Ability to identify customer pain points and requirements.
Strong articulation of product value propositions.
Quick learner with a passion to outperform.
Effective negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Commitment to ethical values and practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate degree, preferably in Commerce or Economics.
Working knowledge of Accounting / Financial Management is an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience with a proven track record in Inside Sales (Outbound Process)
