Infrastructure & Network Administrator

The Infrastructure & Network Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless network connectivity, system security, and smooth operations for approximately 60 employees. This role includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, software, and communication systems while ensuring data security and backup procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure & Network Management

• Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform routine system health checks, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Configure, monitor, and manage firewalls to protect the organization's IT environment.
• Ensure laptop security, endpoint protection, and internet security for all employees.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies to safeguard data and systems.

• Manage company email systems, ensuring inbox storage and access issues are resolved.
• Administer and maintain IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems for seamless communication.
• Coordinate with Tata Communications for internet and telephony services.

• Conduct routine IT maintenance activities, including software updates, patch management, and hardware servicing.
• Ensure smooth operation of all IT assets and promptly address system failures.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support processes.

• Manage IT vendors for hardware/software procurement, support, and service agreements.
• Provide technical support to employees, addressing IT issues and queries.
• Ensure IT infrastructure meets business requirements and user needs efficiently.

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and security management.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience in email management, IVR administration, and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with vendor management and IT asset management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
